About Us

Blueprint Behavior Services is a growing Center for Applied Behavior Analysis in Los Angeles, California. We seek to provide intimate, personal, and excellent therapy. We pride ourselves on providing our community with high-quality, patient-centric care and ABA education. We are staffed by a team of well-trained therapists and an able administrative staff who keep our thriving Center for Applied Behavior Analysis running efficiently.


Blueprint Behavior Services seeks to provide the best care utilizing a Blueprint of compassion, technique, and patience to be all that a family of a child with autism or other developmental disorder may need. At Blueprint Behavior services, caring for a child is personal regardless of their diagnosis.


What’s a Behavior Therapist?

The position of a Behavior Therapist is not just a job, its motivating, it promotes drive. Being a behavior therapist gives you the opportunity to work with developmental disabilities such as autism. We utilize techniques and tool of Applied Behavior Analysis. We work on skills such as adaptive skills, motor skills, communication skills, play skills, social skills, visual performance skills, cognitive skills, imitative skills, as well as beahvior reduction. This is an opportunity to a find job that is rewarding.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Have fun with our clients while teaching them the skills that they need

  • Applying the principles of 1:1  ABA therapy to assist children  with Autism reach their full potential

  • Keep the children motivated to learn through positive reinforcement and fun play-based therapy

  • Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child

  • Collaborating with a team of like-minded individuals dedicated to progression of each child

  • Implement the individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) in order to mandage inappropriate behaviors as they occur

  • Additional job duties as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications

  • H.S. Diploma or GED

  • Flexible availability - Preferably Monday-Friday 3pm-6:30pm

  • Minimum availability of 20 hours per week

  • Complete new hire training. All training time is paid.

  • Reliable transportation required

  • You enjoy working with children and making a difference!


Physical requirements vary and are based on specific client assignments. You may be asked to engage in any of the following: push, pull, lift up to 35 pounds, and move quickly, according to client needs. It is necessary to be able to sit on the floor, stoop, stand, walk, and run.
